1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Hackless ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use Hackless. By using the Platform you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are using Hackless on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these terms.
3. Permitted Use
Hackless is a cybersecurity education and Capture The Flag (CTF) platform. All challenge environments are isolated sandboxes provided strictly for learning purposes. You may only target systems explicitly provided to you by the Platform. Any attempt to attack infrastructure outside of designated challenge environments is strictly prohibited.
4. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to: (a) attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system or data beyond your assigned challenge environment; (b) upload or distribute malicious code intended to harm other users or infrastructure; (c) share challenge flags or solutions publicly in a way that undermines the integrity of live competitions; (d) harass, abuse, or threaten other users; (e) reverse-engineer, scrape, or reproduce Platform content without written permission.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform — including challenge scenarios, AI-generated analysis, interface design, and branding — is the property of Hackless or its licensors. You retain ownership of any content you submit, but grant Hackless a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use it for operating and improving the Platform.
6. AI Features & Kernel
The Kernel AI analyst is provided as an educational tool. Responses are generated by large language models and may contain inaccuracies. Hackless makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of AI-generated content for any specific purpose. You are solely responsible for how you apply AI-generated guidance.
7. Accounts & Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. Hackless is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to secure your credentials.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, the Platform, or third parties.
9. Disclaimers
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Hackless does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Hackless shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
